Most air conditioning companies do houses. Very few also design and deliver multi-million-dollar mechanical systems for hotels and residential towers. We do our best work on high-end new builds and full renovations — the projects where the system has to disappear into the joinery, run quietly, and be documented properly at handover. You get the same licensed, fully insured technicians who deliver our commercial projects, and the habits that come with that work: clean sites, straight pipework, systems sized for the house rather than the price list, and installations that pass inspection the first time.

We are comfortable working from an engineer’s drawings or designing the system ourselves, and we coordinate with your builder, cabinetmaker and electrician the same way we do on a commercial site — so grille positions, bulkhead depths and condenser locations are agreed before anything is cut.
As an authorised dealer across Daikin, Hitachi, Toshiba, Carrier and LG, we specify the right equipment for the house rather than whatever is in stock.

Send us the architect’s drawings, or just tell us what you’re building. We’ll advise on system selection, plant locations and bulkhead allowances early — while they are still cheap to change — then install to the builder’s program and hand over with full documentation.
