We take full responsibility for the mechanical package — design, compliance, supply, installation, commissioning and certification — so your project team deals with one contractor and one point of accountability.
Engineering
Design & compliance
Working with our established consulting engineers, we design to current NCC 2022 requirements, including Section J energy efficiency provisions, and manage compliance through to sign-off. As regulatory requirements tighten, our clients rely on us to carry that risk within the package.
Systems
VRF & VRV air conditioning
VRF/VRV heat pump and 3-pipe heat recovery systems, split ducted systems, cassette and wall-mounted systems — specified to suit the building, not the brochure. We are authorised across Daikin, Hitachi, Toshiba, Carrier and LG, and specify to suit the project — never to a preferred supplier.
Ventilation
Mechanical ventilation
Carpark ventilation (including multi-level basements), wet area exhaust, and common area ventilation — designed, installed, balanced and commissioned as part of the package.
Delivery
Dedicated project management
Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager. Our core direct team oversees quality on site while an established subcontractor network gives us scale, so we run multiple concurrent packages and sequence our work to the builder’s program.
Specialist Capability
Distressed projects & remediation
When a mechanical package is in trouble — a subcontractor has failed, work is defective, or a project has stalled short of certification — we step in, assess what’s there, and deliver it through to compliant completion. It’s work few mechanical contractors will take on.
After Handover
Maintenance & service agreements
For hotels, student accommodation and commercial operators, we offer ongoing maintenance of the systems we install — planned servicing, breakdown response and DLP support from the team that designed and built the plant.
